Knock on wood

Let’s knock on wood that these will be the last images I take of Aaron in the hospital. This past summer I was asked to write and article for Love That Shot. One of my ideas was “How to capture the story without showing the subject.” I ended up writing 5 Tips For Relocating Your Business, but I still shot images for the other idea.

Aaron HATES having his picture taken almost as much as Kelcie does lol. He’s my husband, and I want to capture our life together so he’s just going to have to get over it. Part of being married is compromising, so that was the thought process behind my original idea. We spent so much of this past year in and out of the hospital. No matter how difficult it was, it was still part of our life and I wanted pictures of it. I knew he’d never agree to me taking his picture while he was in a hospital bed lol. I don’t think any guy would lol HA! Anyways, before I get lost on a random tangent,

Did I capture the story without showing the subject?
