BeachBody has been around for awhile now. I’ve always been a little skeptical about things like this along with all of the other “direct sales” companies out there. BUT I have zero motivation to go to the gym right now. I have this awesome space in my office now that I can spread out my yoga mat and all of my other workout crap and workout from home. :) I don’t have to brave this PMSing Texas weather. I just didn’t know where/how to start on working out at home.
After my friend Susan started the 21 Day Fix and talked so highly about it, the whole BeachBody thing grabbed my attention. I checked it out and finally drank the water lol HA! I ordered Chalene Johnson’s PiYo and some chocolate Shakeology. *BIG DEEP BREATH* Here are my “before” pictures….
I really don’t want to post these. You see that girl in the mirror? She lacks confidence, has a TON of back pain because of her scoliosis, is not happy with her wardrobe not fitting as well anymore, and is ready to make a change!!
My thoughts on all of this so far? I’ve done several of the PiYo workouts. I’m loving the lower body and sweat workouts. The upper body workout is going to take a few times to make a call on it lol. Just being honest! I took it one step further and ordered the 21 Day Fix that Susan raved about too. Now, I’m just waiting on it to get here in the mail.
